 Glide stock pallet shelving live pallet storage consists of a number of gravity conveyor lanes ranged side by side and one above another.

Pallet are loaded at the upper end of the slope and travel through the block on glidewheels, they queue up at the lower end of the lanes. When a pallet is removed, the remainding pallects in the lane move forward, bringing the next in line to the picking face.

Descriptions:

It includes various groups of unpowered rolling slide shaped things. All the things are crossed up and down with slight slope. When you are preparing the stockings, you should put the tray from the top of the delivery sliding road, making it slide down automatically. You should put the goods one by one, then from the bottom of the delivery road. You pick up the goods, so as the rest one. There will be a certain separator between the goods. In case that they will interfere with each other, the speed of the sliding tray will be determined by the friction of the roller.

4. Pallet glide racks requires amount a little forklift and the driving mileage is much less than ordinary shelves, which greatly reduced operating costs. It can use a variety of handing equipment, but usually it adopts standard balance weight type forklift truck.

Special requirements:

The certain number of the tray must be in consistent with that of the rack, the depth of the sliding road must be designed carefully. Also only one good is allowed to be put in on sliding road.
